The name “BEad The Change” is a clever play-on-words that represents both the beaded jewelry collection and it’s mission.

Artist Randi Sherman has been creating earrings for over 10 years. As a social worker, creating jewelry is both her self care and a way to give back to the community.

$2 from every pair of earrings sold is donated to a local nonprofit in the Syracuse, NY area.
